We have accreditation with ‘We’re Good to Go’, the Covid-19 Industry standard which shows that we have put into place all that is necessary to ensure your well-being whilst staying at 2 Cambridge Villas.

There are some changes to the way we operate which you can read below, but ultimately we will still be delivering our usual warm welcome and attention to detail that our guests have always enjoyed.  We look forward to seeing you in the near future and if you have any questions then please contact Kate on 07738 274107.

Update for 2021

COVID-19 SYMPTOMS
Please do not travel here if you have any Covid-19 coronavirus symptoms as we will not be able to accept you.

SOCIAL DISTANCING
We are still adhering to social distancing protocol in all public spaces within the B&B.

HAND SANITISING STATIONS
There are hand gel sanitising stations in the front porch to use before entry  and by the breakfast room door in reception.

FACE MASKS
We request that face masks are worn in all public areas of the B&B, including the dining room, except when you are seated at your table for breakfast.

CLEANING
We are spending extra time cleaning and sanitising.  All highly touched areas i.e. door handles, light switches, surface tops, banisters, room keys, room leaflets etc. are cleaned and sanitised frequently.

All guest rooms are thoroughly cleaned and ventilated before your stay.  All highly touched items are sanitised.

There will be no ROOM TIDY.  If you are staying longer than 1 night and would like replenishments for your tea tray or clean towels etc. please make a request at breakfast time. We will leave fresh towels and any other items you require outside your room door.

BREAKFAST
Breakfast is presently from 8.15am to 9am.
There will be no self-serve buffet.  Items are still available but will be brought to your table.
We ask you to pre-order your cooked breakfast and buffet items the evening before and will ask you your preferred time for breakfast.

PRE-VISIT INFORMATION
We will contact you about a week before your arrival with all the details you’ll need for your visit.

PAYMENT METHOD
We can take card or cash payments. Full payment is due when you arrive.
